Security
How we protect your money.
Your money moves only when you say so, from a device you have approved, with a code only you receive.
How it works
Four layers between your money and anyone else.
Sign-in
Passkeys replace passwords where your device supports them. Two-step verification on every new device.
Transfers
A verification code is required to release every outgoing transfer. First payments to new beneficiaries are held for review.
Devices
See every device signed in, with location and last use. Sign one out from any other.
Monitoring
Transactions are screened against sanctions lists and fraud patterns in real time. Unusual activity pauses the account until we reach you.
Our promise
Your money moves only when you say so.
Every outgoing transfer waits for a code sent to the device you registered. No code, no transfer.
See how transfers workA code to your registered device releases every outgoing transfer.
First payments to a new beneficiary are held for review.
You can cancel a pending transfer until it is released.

before you reply to it.
Don't
- Never share a verification code. We will never ask for one by phone or email.
- Never approve a sign-in or a transfer you did not start yourself.
- Never move money because a caller told you to, even if they say they are from us.
- Never sign in from a link in a message. Open the app or type the address yourself.

FAQ
Security questions
What is a passkey?
A passkey signs you in with your device's own unlock, such as your face or fingerprint, instead of a password. There is nothing to type and nothing to steal from a phishing page.
Why do I need a code for every transfer?
So that a stolen password alone can never move money. The code goes to the device you registered, and the transfer only leaves your account once you enter it.
What happens if I lose my phone?
Sign in from another device and sign the lost one out from the device list. Freeze your card in the app, then tell us by chat so we can watch the account with you.
Will you ever call me and ask for a code?
No. We will never ask for a verification code, a passkey or a password by phone, email or message. If someone does, end the conversation and contact us.
