Frequently asked questions
Is there a monthly fee?
Not on Personal. The Business monthly fee is shown at sign-up, before you commit to anything.
How do I know what a transfer will cost?
The app shows the fee as a single figure, the locked rate and the amount that arrives before you confirm. If you do not confirm, nothing is sent and nothing is charged.
Do the cards have an annual fee?
No. Neither the debit card nor the credit card carries an annual fee. Credit card terms are shown in the app after an eligibility check.
What is always free?
Receiving money, statements, freezing a card and closing your account. None of these ever carries a charge.
